Developer - robots and AI (ROS/RL) - for university students

We are looking for a colleague to join the robotics team for the development of a logistics and agricultural robot.

Robots are controlled via ROS2, trained through Reinforcement learning. They communicate with the environment via PLC.

We use Python, ROS2, Torch, Tensorflow. We also train applications on synthetic datasets from Blender. We work with PLC Siemens and Beckhoff. Raspberry Pi is definitely not a bad word here. We use Realsense, ZED2, Baumer cameras. What does not exist is modeled in freecad or Solidworks, and then printed on Průš.

We do not resist anything new, beneficial. You have the opportunity to verify imaginative solutions in practice. We share our experience.

Job description:

  • projects in ROS2, Gazebo

  • Deep Reinforcement Learning

  • PLC programming (TIA portal)

  • experiments with UR5

  • projects with collaborative and large robots

  • development of autonomous chassis

We expect:

  1. curiosity, acumen, courage to seek new solutions

  2. interest in artificial intelligence

  3. don't be afraid of Linux, know Python, know or want to learn ROS2

  4. awareness of Reinformance Learning

  5. be able to use google
